Bounce House and Inflatable slide Safety Tips.

Ensuring the safety of children while using inflatable bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses is essential. By following proper bouncing and sliding techniques, you can reduce the risk of injury and keep the fun going safely.

General Safety for Bounce Houses:

  • Children should be on their feet while bouncing. If they fall, they should stand up immediately to prevent being stepped on by others.
  • When sliding, children must always go feet first and never head first to avoid potential head or neck injuries.
  • Jumping or diving into slides or obstacle courses is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents.
  • Only one person should use each lane of the obstacle course or slide at a time. Riders must crawl through the end of obstacle courses to ensure smooth and safe transitions.
  • Do not use the side walls of the slide to slow yourself down. Always remain in control of your descent.

Slide Usage:

  • Children should slide down while seated with their legs together, feet first. This position ensures stability and control.
  • The landing area of the slide must be clear before the next person begins their descent. Riders should wait for the all-clear before sliding.
  • Upon stopping in the landing area, riders must exit immediately to avoid collisions with the next rider.
  • Climbing back up the slide from the landing area is not allowed. Only the designated steps should be used to climb back to the top platform.
  • Parents and guardians are not permitted to hold or accompany children while they are sliding.

Additional Rules for Inflatables and Obstacle Courses:

  • Do not jump in or out of obstacle courses or other inflatables. Proper entry and exit points must always be used.
  • If the inflatable unit includes a pool feature, ensure that the pool is fully filled with water before any riders begin using the slide.

By following these simple safety guidelines, everyone can enjoy a safe and fun experience on inflatable rides and attractions.
