Notice Regarding Pre-Owned Inflatable Transfer of Ownership Registration
To ensure accurate records and uphold safety and compliance standards, we require all pre-owned inflatables manufactured by Happy Jump Inc. to be registered upon transfer of ownership. This registration process is essential for the following reasons:
1. Verification of Authenticity: Confirms that the inflatable was originally manufactured by Happy Jump Inc.
2. Product Support & Safety: Allows the new owner to receive important product updates, safety notices, and eligibility for replacement parts or services.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Some states or local jurisdictions may require proof of ownership and manufacturer registration for operation permits or inspections.
4. Liability Clarification: Updates our records to reflect the current owner, reducing the risk of confusion or liability claims associated with the previous owner.
What’s Changing?
Going forward, each time an inflatable is sold or transferred, the new owner must complete the Transfer of Ownership Registration Form. This form must include the serial number, original invoice (if available), and both parties' contact information.
Please note that there is a paperwork processing charge of $85 per inflatable for ownership transfers.
